As I operate a farmers market I want to buy various chicken products. Unfortunately nobody produces anything like this:

I can't see the links, but I'm guessing it is the breast, drumstick, and wing? Not only how many do you need, but how much would you be willing to pay? :)

I just started getting into the chicken business and discovered that the bottleneck appears to be the slaughterhouse. I need to expand it quite a lot just to be able to keep my own market stall supplied. And the livestock farm needed to keep it running will be a fraction of its size.

But on the plus size, it looks like a good business to break into because the only inputs are the animals, and 80% of the product quality comes from the animals, so I can buy high quality chickens and produce high quality meat even without research.

Odd: 1 chicken can be slaughtered to create 1 whole chicken, or 2 chicken breasts, or 10 chicken drumsticks or 10 chicken wings. Now I have an image of a mutant ten-legged, ten-winged chicken in my mind.

Econosia's historical lack of corporate regulation has allowed for a lot of pollutant-driven mutation in domestic livestock lines.

It's even more interesting when you're able to start with 5000 chickens and end up with 6,000 or so whole chickens after the run. Gotta love scalable efficiency!
