Posted on Mar 3, 2012 Pertaining to the recent event in world news, what should we do about Elry?Take a fine? $x per share? Take it off of the stock market? Anything else? Also note ELRY's market cap is many times the company's networth. Posted on Mar 3, 2012 My reply is this in nearly all cases in the real world trading is suspended pending investigation/decision fines, shareholder reimbursements, prison/suspension or no actions for xx time would all be acceptable, deletion of company in violation.......forgiveness and strong warning for first time offender. |
