I know this is a newbie question, but can you please tell how do you research water quality?
And I'm not talking about filtered water, but simply water.

Thanks

I would like to ask how someone else could have the quality of 0.02?
I'm just curious.

Probably they had one unit of Q999 water from an odd event a while back where single Q999 products were handed out. Then, much more recently, different quality items were mixed to together in the db with weighted-average quality; one unit of Q999 water plus many units of Q0 water yielded many-plus-one units of Q0.02 water.

There was a time when most products in people's warehouses were normalized to Q30, including water and electricity. Mix in a bunch of Q0, and voila.
