When it gives me a time stamp in the News, where is that based on? It looks like US PST?

Or maybe it would be easier to put a running clock in any ol' corner and let us figure it out by ourselves?

(insert red face here) I looked all over for it. I don't know how I missed it. Thank you, Chandler and Morgan, for being kind enough to answer the question anyway. Doh! (slaps head again)
