[sugestion] Purchase order option needed

What this button does is to allow me to post a product request that can only be fullfiled if the seller as the quantity needed. This allows me to post orders for quest items, since i only want to buy the said items if the seller has the full quantity. Example: Post order for 100 cows for 500 each, OPTION: only full order -ppl can only supply the cows if they have the 100 cows needed.

Just a rough idea that can be change accordingly, but an expiration date on requests would be nice. Especially if using AoN to complete a quest. That way incase you can't log in to cancel the request after the quest expires, you don't end up purchasing the quest goods after the quest expired.
