If you sold for $5 at quality 15, then you would sell at $5.08 at quality 16 (some rounding done there, the exact amount would be $5.0769230769230769230769230769231)

Assume Base Quality 0 sell for 1:

Q0 = 1
Q2 = 1*1,02 = 1,02
Q10 = 1*1,2 = 1,2

etc

Quality 0 sell for 15:
Q0 = 15
Q5 = 15*1,1 = 16,5
Q50 = 15*2 = 30

etc.

Well, here's part of the equation relating to the quality part:

max(0.3,(1 + 0.02 * ($quality - $quality_avg)))

So each quality above average gains you 2% advantage, opposite goes for below.
But it will never fall below 30%. The base price is the manufacturing price displayed in the Pedia. With the current import/export implementation, many are buying and selling Q35-50 things, so the average sold quality actually works against you if you make your own products. Good news is, the import cost is about 10 times your manufacturing cost, so you should still have higher margins.
