R&D levels at start

I received some free R&D levels when I started playing yesterday, but I didnt write them down or anything, assuming (wrongly) that i would be able to find them again in the game. Can anyone tell me how to find these R&D levels without buying every single R&D centre? Basically I am looking for an "R&D status" page. Thanks in advance for any help.
