I helped pick it , capitalism-online.com sounds quite good. Do I happen to win anything Ratan? A Q999 jet, or something unique would be cool (I go by dropsy elsewhere) Anyway glad to help.

Word Mark CAPITALISM ONLINE
Status Date 2003-02-16
Status Abandoned-No Statement of Use filed

Note that this was also used for "newsletters on topics of interest to companies and organizations involved in interactive media" so not video games.

Per my non-lawyer understanding there is no issue using it. It has been abandoned over 9 years and I can't see anyone arguing it was still enforceable. That being said, check with a lawyer if you really want to know :)
