Orchards.

Or a banana plantation for banana products?

You could make apple cider, apple chips, Candy Apples, ect. On the other hand, where would it stop? Apple orchards, bananas, etc, etc. Perhaps maybe just making a new building type, a general Orchard farm. Where things that are traditionally grown there (I.E. Apples, oranges) are grown in them, and can make things as well, like Apple Cider.
