Flood of 0-asset companies

People creating shell companies to funnel cash to their parent companies? Time to start Enron-ing some folks

This isn't so bad as long as they appear to have 0 assets. A quick glance at their company info sheet will prevent any but the most clueless from buying. More worrying is when they figure out that they can create a legit looking company and sell all of the assets after people have bought the stocks, instead of before like these questionable players...
