Posted on May 9, 2012 I was considering posting a job to manage my stores, but I have some trust issues.I was thinking it would be nice to be able to purchase insurance when hiring a position, alternately an executive candidate could get bonded and provide their own amount of insurance when hired. I imagine that I would pay some fraction of the amount I would like covered, and destructive acts of an employee would be covered up to that amount. Also, it would be nice to be able to give stock in a private company to an employee as part of the compensation. |
