I have been selling imported goods with nice success. I started selling groceries and then jewelry. I was making good money so I sold my 140 size jewelry store to go into the automotive business thinking I could give the same markup on imported cars and get rich quicker. They don't sell! I have resorted to pricing them at the purchase price and hoping they sell. Anyone know why they don't sell and how to make profit on them? Thanks.

I'mma guess, build a bigger store? If your store is only selling 0.01 cars per tick, it's going to take a long time if ever before one sells.

Is that how it works each tick? A certain number of sales is calculated based on price and if it is less than 1 it takes more than 1 turn to sell 1 item?

Yes, that's how things work now.

You have to thank the biggest company out there for constantly nagging me into this.
It used to be if it doesn't sell in 1 tick, it never sells.

Sounds exploitable. If you can figure the exact price to generate .99 completion and then jack the price up to something that would generate just .01 completion then you could really game the system.

Sure, if your idea of a good time is to sit around all day fiddling your prices every 15 minutes...

Thanks for bringing that up Chad, never thought of it that way.
Surely I'm going to do something about that :-)
