I know we can sell our companies, although I think it is bugged currently.

I had over 4million in property, and when sold I only received about 700k in cash, If I had sold the property seperetely I would have gotten all my investment back. Strange ?

Anywho, is there a way close out and dissolve a company/CEO ... start fresh?

I am stuck after a few bad starts now with 500k in cash, and I don't want to ask for handouts. Just a fresh start with my 5 million loan from the bank

Appraisal is not needed before selling. You must have a huge loan somewhere.

Ooooh... does the initial bank loan count against when selling your company?

Heh shucks... except if you sell all your property first, and keep the cash. THEN sell the company you still keep the cash.

Not to mention selling the company with all the property, doesn't even pay down the loan (at least It didn't for me)

No, if you sell all properties and transfer the cash to yourself, you wouldn't be able to sell the company anymore as no one would buy it.

Speaking of which, letting you transfer the cash in the first place when there's a loan around seems abuse-able, I'll see if I can do something about it.
