Problem with Login Screen

The login screen would refresh every 3 or so seconds emptying the username and password fields. I finally used copy/paste to fill them both in and hit enter before a refresh and was able to get in. Is everyone having this problem? I'm using Chrome and not logging in using Facebook if that makes any difference.
