instabuild cost changes [suggestion]

can we have the instabuild cost changed to match the other mechanics of the game?

1) increase base influence cost, maybe by a lot. possibly tie it into the building's *final* size (see possible formulas below) - this may also allow you to do away with the 500m^2 exception, since low-level building upgrades should become very cheap.
this way newbies get the benefit forever, and the huge players who insta-build those 5,000 m^2 factories have to burn a LOT of their influence to actually pull it off

2) REMOVE the $$$ cost to insta-building completely (it's murderous for new players - if my NW is 10m, spending 1m to hurry construction by a few hours is ridiculous, and it doesn't give me all that much competitive advantage)

3) as the remaining time grows, the influence cost per minute should drop, similar to the other aspects of the EoS system (so if you're building something truly ginormous, you can insta-build for half of the base cost or so - but it will still cost you a lot of money)


possible influence cost formula can be something like this (vaguely based on the "math guru needed" thread - I can't use your existing formula as a base since you never posted it):
growth = end_size - start_size
influence cost per (unit of time) = start_size^0.125 + 4*end_size^0.125 / (100*growth)^0.125

(with this, building 0-3000 will cost you roughly half of what doing this piecemeal would cost, although the actual formula needs to be gone over by someone who knows math - this one will probably not work for some scenarios)


benefits:
1) no more point in selling and re-building companies like BallC's doing, since a "new" company doesn't have any inherent advantages over an existing one.

2) no more penalties once your company grows over a certain size - this really hurts new players who don't know what they're doing, yours truly included

3) no more benefit to alternate-tick building upgrades - it's going to burn through your influence much faster (this was the whole reason to minimum-of-3-influence-cost to begin with), so you can probably simplify the logic considerably, with one formula handling everything).
