CEO takeover

Marshall Delstrego RJ: Marshall Delstrego CO: Marshall Delstrego Post Rating: 0 + / - Total Posts: 50 Karma: 33 Joined: May 1, 2012	Posted on Jul 1, 2012 how does "succeeding someone as chairperson" work? e.g. the current CEO of Mourning Wood (I'm looking at you, Rip) is running it into the ground by setting a high payout rate and never actually doing anything with the company (no production, sales, or anything in the last week) - is it possible to oust him and take over management, somehow?

I will go sell all my shares so you guys can have fun with it. Chairmanship will fall to the next largest shareholder at the next tick.
