Asmeljir ibn Khalid ibn Mattà al-Kavarion was born in the 1980s to a wealthy family in Dubai, UAE. His father, Khalid al-Kavarion, was a geologist turned oil company executive upon discovery of a new method to press depleted reserves for even greater returns. His mother, Alice Marie Taylor, is a British expatriate, working as a consultant to oil companies in the UAE. Asmeljir had an early life of wealth, but also hard work and high expectations. He studied feverishly to graduate with a double major in Geology and Business, like his father. Upon his 21st birthday, Asmeljir was granted limited control of the family finances as his parents decided to retire from their careers early. Following in the footsteps of his parents, Asmeljir turned the already respectable finances into a sizable fortune. As a sign of gratitude, his parents allowed him a large sum which he turned into his own company, al-Kavarion Chemical Ltd. The goal of al-Kavarion Chemical Ltd. is to provide mineral and petrochemical supplies to corporate customers and international buyers.
